Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Mississauga, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Canada Shipping

Canada flat rate shipping: 5 CAD
Free shipping on orders of 50 CAD or more.

United States Shipping

United States flat rate shipping: 25 CAD
Free shipping on orders of 250 CAD or more.
