Crochet hook 2.5mm
Polyester - poly fill
3mm safety eyes
Yarn needle
Scissors
Stitch marker
Hot glue

Let's get started!

TOP - Make 2

Rd 1: MR 6 sc (6)

Fasten off one top. Keep a long tail for stitching later. Do not fasten off the other top!

Attach 2 top parts together

Rd 7: Attach at any st from one top to another, continue to sc for 21 st skip 3 st from one top, and skip 3 st from another top, continue to sc for 21 st (42 sc) 

Now you will have a hole (with 6 stitches) in between 2 tops. Use the long tail you saved before to close the hole.
